He can not love,but he can lust over somebody....so I think that he was not a virgin.

I always considered him a virgin. Mainly because I think he never much cared for any of that, he lusted just for power. But also because I think he would think himself too far above everyone else, being the heir of Salazar Slytherin and definitely one of the brightest students. Lastly, I think he was preoccupied da other things, like finding and opening the Chamber of Secrets, finding out all he could about horcruxes and planning a war to seize power over the wizarding world.
