How Can Rock a Doodle be a mind screw to the audience?

I watched a video from the nostalgia critic doing a review of Rock-A-Doodle.
the things he detto in his mouth is this:

The Nostalgia Critic: Don Bluth was da far one of the greatest animazione gods who ever lived... in the 80's. In the 90's, I think he left his brain at the FUBAR convention, because he turned out some very strange, very mediocre material. The good stuff seemed to end with All Cani Go To Heaven, and the bad stuff seemed to begin with Rock-A-Doodle. It's strange, it's nonsensical... it's kind of like a bedtime story if read da Andy Warhol. So, why is this movie such a mother-clucking mess?

I Know that he mentioned that that the entire film is a surreal, strange, MInd Screw!

And i got 1 Question, How Can Rock a Doodle be a mind screw to the audience?
