It is too sophisticated, polished and stately for my taste. It sometimes gives me a cold feeling. I loved the gardens though, with moonlight and bridge over stream and beautiful fountain. But insides were too monotonous and gloomy for me.
*sob sob* beast's castle is gone...it's my favorite castle!

^I'm so surprised Adam's castle is gone! I thought it would be one of the top two, gargoyles notwithstanding ....

As for Prince Charming's castle, there's carpet on the inside... and drapes, and marble flooring. But that's it. I definitely like the "grounds" though! There are glades, and fountains of cascading water, and the moonlight shimmer on the bridge.... and the setup is "magical" because of all of the tranquility around. But the castle itself leaves much to be desired.

I'm not exactly fond of the columns in the Agrabah castle. The sultan's elephant throne just looks weird, and I wasn't impressed with Jasmine's bedroom. ( I never saw "the draw" of a lot of pillows everywhere). But that's a personal thing.

I did like that Eric's castle faced the sea. I adored the floor to ceiling windows in the dining room to watch the sunset, and the cuteness of the guestroom where Ariel sleeps. Everywhere, there was a "motif" of the ocean-- in the bathroom where Carlotta gives Ariel her first bath-- the rounded quality of the balconies of the castle, and the tiny sconces in the decor echo the sea's presence. It's pretty fantastically consistent. And since there will never be Global Warming in Disney...ahaha, a castle near the sea air would be relaxing... My stress level in real life is high...

It's really hard to pick now, but maybe the other two is a little bit more special, detailed and unique. I love the style and feeling in Cinderella's castle but sometimes a little too cold and empty.

Sad Beast's went out already, I much prefer that one to this.
