You probably should write ''least'' is capitals because I was going to pick Flit as I think he is soooo annoying AND useless.
But I picked Mushu not only for comic relief, but also because Mulan probably wouldn't have defeated Shan Yu twice without his help.

He is the reason why Mulan lasted as long as she did, made her believe in herself again, and helped defeat the bad guy. He was her emotional center for certain scenes, and he actually has purpose.
