because every ones been telling me that its like a heavy metal band then other people are telling me that the band disturbed does not consider there selfs as a heavy metal

Well, your brothers commenti are merely opinions not facts. Wikipedia is a very good reference site as long as all but their credits below. Disturbed is a metal band there is no getting around it o denying it really. As for him saying pistole and rose are better than Disturbed, this a mere opinion as well, I perosnally Amore both, but Disturbed a little more.
