Yeah, no doubt they'd have gotten back together if it wasn't for Nathan Gale killing Dime (RIP) Phil really does miss Dime and Pantera but Vinnie doesn't seem to forgive him. I do believe that he's off drugs, maybe not fully, people are always throwing him weed onstage but he looks better than Rex nowadays, lol, used to be the other way around.
