Does anybody know why Bulma has purple hair in the manga but blue hair in the anime?

I have some pages in the manga colored da Toriyama and I can say that there are many colori that do not match the anime, probably the TOEI animazione had decided to change them because with the original colours the Anime would have an older look. For example nam have a rosa dress in manga :)
