What will EXID do for 2% \'Showtime\' viewer ratings?

EXID made a promise to viewers for a 2% viewer rating for their MBC Every1 cable reality program, \'EXID\'s Showtime,\' on July 9 at the press conference.  

They were first asked to make one and Solji answered, "I talked about this with all the members.  If \'Showtime\'s viewer rating passes 2%, we will try bungee jumping.  We have a lot of members who get scared easily, but if [we get 2%], we will go bungee jumping."

Episode 1 was super hilarious. Still waiting for the english subs. 

When I saw running man rating steadily going down from 23% to 9% I though that was bad. But this promise show me how hard it is to get even 1% rating.

Showtime is a Cable show, SBS (RM) is a public channel. Know the difference.

Also to Running Man is a weekend show while Showtime is aired on thursday 6pm. People are still working or at school.

@klitzy i can understand that people are still working but students still studying at 6 pm? wtf.....

@D4isy I believe elementary students end anywhere between 5~8 (hagwons).. high school students are in self-study until 9~11.

MBC Every1 is a cable channel unlike the regular MBC TV which shows like Infinity Challenge or WGM is on, MBC has a cable division and a terrestrial division (satellite broadcast), for cable channels it is only available to certain parts of Korea hence it is rare to see a two percentage rating. Unlike satellite channels which can be tuned in by all of Korea.

@aslove23 I know. Thats why I said now I know how hard it is to get even 1%. Even some variety on public channel cancelled due to low rating.

@klitzy Now thats I don\'t really understand. I\'m not korean thats why I\'m not fully aware of local custom. :) Here, in my country, we have our student home at 4pm.

i think they can.. since Beast and Apink had pass 2% rating in the past season !!
