Help with character ideas?

I'm trying to come up with a character/class/race for a fanfiction on a story about a video game. The story is called Half Prince. The game has most of the classics. Fairies, demons, angels, elves, beast variations, elemental variations, dwarves, several others. I was thinking something like a djinn, siren, basically any thing that can walk on land(not a mermaid) and can talk(could be telepathic though).
