Okay! Who do you wanna play so I can pick? ^^

I'll create my own character, and probably use Squall... You can use anyone else you like. I'd suggest creating your own character as well, it will allow to connect well with the story. XD

Okay then; Here's my OC:

Name: Xavier
Age: 22
Species: Human
Weapon: Dual iron swords.

Like I said, still usure of the plot line but I suppose he could be one of those ex soldiers that went rouge; stumbles upon the young mercinaries and joins Squall. He's a kind and reserved character who is easy going but however can have a stern and blunt side. Suffers in silence from his dystpoic past; But he's one of the good guys!!!

I'll play Squall's love interst... I kinda forgot her name XD

Oh yeah, I forgot to explain about several characters from the game who will be important in this:

Laguna - A former Galbadian soldier, who loved journalism and wanted to have his own columns. He fell in love with Julia, a pianist in Deling City (coincidentally Rinoa's mother) after she explained to him that she could write a song, because of the emotion Laguna expressed in his eyes. Laguna and his two colleagues, Ward and Kiros, are ambushed by Esthar soldiers while on patrol in Centra (right at the bottom of the FF8 world, but southwest of Esthar). They are all injured and Laguna wakes up in a small town in Galbadia, named Winhill. He meets a girl and her carer, Raine. The girl is Ellone or 'Elle' and features throughout the game. She is known by Squall as 'Sis', since he and his friends all grew up in the same orphanage, along with Ellone. Ellone has a special power which allows her to send and place her friends into memories of a past life (of Laguna and Ellone and Raine).
In Winhill, Laguna hunts monsters for the villagers, so the village is safe and eventually falls in love with Raine. After Ellone is captured by Esthar soldiers, Laguna leaves Winhill, and Raine, to find Ellone (while he was away from the village, Raine died). When he finally located Ellone, she had been thrown in to a laboratory and studied by an important scientist, Dr Odine. Laguna rescued her, several others and then returned Ellone to her village, only to find that Raine had died. Laguna left her at Edea's Orphanage, to grow up with Squall and the others. Laguna went back to Esthar and led a resistance to free Esthar of the Sorceress ruler and became President of Esthar, eventually hiring Squall and his crew in the future, to defeat Ultimecia.

Ellone - A young lady who featured in two different times in the game. When Squall, Zell and Selphie are transferred to Ellone's dream world, they see her as a little girl, about 5 or 6. In the game events, she was several years older than Squall, who was 17 during the game. Ellone's ability was what prompted the technology for Ultimecia to back into time, as Ellone's ability was replicated and able to be used as a tech, rather than a personal ability.

Would you like to start off, Squall????

Name: Squall Leonhart

Profession: Commander of Seed

History: 15 years ago, Squall was simply a Balamb Garden student, who was well on his way to becoming a Seed, then he completed the test and passed, becoming a Gunblade specialist. He became the Commander of Seed after many events placing him in a good light, particularly after saving Balamb Garden from the missiles fired by Galbadia. Squall married Rinoa fourteen years ago and three years later they had a child, whom they named 'Laguna' after the President of Esthar, who they had all developed a soft spot for (though Squall wasn't exactly thrilled on the idea of naming his first child after a man he had once dubbed a 'moron').

Personality: He used to be a 'lone wolf', not sharing his feelings with others and was never very social, telling people to 'mind your onw business'. These days Squall has developed a sense of humor and is much more social, though he still broods sometimes, when he is in a bad mood.

Speciality: Gunblade, the Lionheart (an expensive weapon, made with components from many high-level monsters), this blade is very powerful, with a blue-tinged blade and when his Limit Break is initiated, Squall leaps at the opponent, knocking back into the air and strikes them about twenty times, doing severe amounts of damage, if not killing the opponent.

Limit Break: Renzokuken: Lionheart, Rough Divide, and a couple others.

Rinoa: [Walks up to squall with Laguna] Squall, what should we be doing today? I know you have been really busy with your work and it can be overwhelming, but I was thinking that the three of us should do something together, what do you think?

Squall nods and kisses Rinoa on the forehead, then ruffles Laguna's hair. 'How are you today, champ?'

'I'm k, Dad, can we go now?'

Squall grins. 'Yeah, okay, we'll find something to do, that much is certain. Come on then, honey.'

Rinoa smiles, a gorgeous smile that lights up the room. They walk through the main hallway of Squall's office and to the elevator. They take the elevator to the first floor.

'What did you want to do, Laguna?' Squall asks the boy.

'Picnic! I love picnics!'

Squall laughs heartily. 'Okay then, picnic it is. Fishing as well? Myabe Uncle Seifer will be there...'

Rinoa looks towards Squall and her son. She looks up and meets her husbands stare. He gives her a nod of acknowledgement. They both knew that Laguna's bithday was just a few days away and they really needed something to give their really active son. Laguna worried; she didn't want Laguna to be disappointed on his birthday and she had no idea what to give him.

"Perhaps Squall would know what a young boy fancies..." Rinoa thought half hartedly. "I wish I knew what to do...."

The elevator suddenly stopped and the three stepped out. As Squall walked beside Laguna, Rinoa stopped him.

"Can I say something? This is really important..."

[Question! The Beginning of Horror]

Rinoa: Laguna, go on ahead, we'll catch up with you. (Waits until the boy is moving ahead) Squall, do you know what to get him for his birthday?

Squall: Yeah, I know. Its going to be his fourteenth birthday, so I promised him that I'd teach him how to defend himself. I'm giving him the first Revolver I got when I was a teenager.

Rinoa shook her head, amused: Typical Squall, how'd I know it'd be something like that... You really are battle-orientated. (Laughs silently)

Squall: Never mind, we could also get something else as well... A watch or something.

(Seed member runs up to Squall)

Seed Member: Sir, we encountered the enemy... They have used Galbadia Garden to attack us!

Rinoa, though her and her family was affliated with combat, she was secretly dreading the fact that Squall was going to give Laguna a gun... She knew that this day was coming, but she held her tongue as she did not wish to speak words of a hypocrite.

When Rinoa looked up to see Squad fellow seed member, her heart sank. She really wanted to spend some time with her husband... But she knew the people's saftey was more important than her spending time with Squall. She beckoned Laguna over to her side. Squall looked up to her, his eyes showed pretence as he knew what his wife was surely thinking.

"Go..." Rinoa mouthed.

"Dad what about the picnic!?" Laguna cried! "You and mum promised!!!!"

-Sorry Laguna, but people need me now... Can't disappoint them-

Squall looked back at Laguna, his eyes full of emotion. 'I'm sorry, Laguna, but it's an emergency... We'll have a picnic, once this crisis is all over.'

Laguna nodded silently and looked at the ground. 'Be careful, Dad...'

-I will always come home to you, Son-

Squall followed the Seed member slowly, thinking about what Laguna had said.

-So he's growing up after all-

When they got to the elevator, Squall pressed the button and the doors opened automatically. They filed in and Squall pressed the button for Level 4, the home of the bridge. Level three was the shared office of Headmaster Cid and Squall. Level two contained the classrooms where Garden students were taught different techniques of battle, survival and typical social and political situations.

They finally reached the top floor and Squall waited for the doors, then he led the Seed member over to the bridge and up the several steps, where Nida was steering Garden.

'Hey, Squall, it seems that Galbadia Garden is being used again... Typical battle protocols?'

'Yeah...' Squall answered absently.

*Quistis turns on the Intercom, then taps Squall on the arm* 'Everyone, battle stations. We are about to engage Galbadia Garden. I want Zell and Xu to hold off the front gate and myself, Quistis and Irvine will lead the borading party, along with twenty Seed volunteers. Anyone who wishes to volunteer, meet me at the Garden Festival stadium and we'll board from that point. I want Selphie and Seifer to guard the classrooms and protect the younger students. Medics congregate at the Directory... That is all.'

'Very nice, Squall, I see you haven't lost your touch.' Quistis grinned at him.

Squall smiled back and then nodded at the elevator. 'Let's go, Irvine, follow us!'

You can be Quistis if you want, or Selphie. I'll post a bios of their characteristics later, if you want, for you to get an idea of what to do next XD.

Name: Quistis Trepe

Profession: Instructor at Balamb Garden and Seed Captain.

Personality: She's sweet, slightly naive and somewhat bossy. She would boss Squall around tell him he was a fool if he made a decision she thought was wrong. Though she is somewhat blunt and extremely direct, she makes up for this by being an excellent leader.

History: She was an Instructor by the age of 17, but she lost her license not long after Squall became a Seed member. She assisted Squall in Timber, by helping get away from the Galbadians and then helped him find Galbadia Garden. After that, she was a vital leader of the Seed team that Squall was in charge of and she was the leader of Gate team, while Squall and Irvine attempted to assassinate the Sorceress. Since the defeat of Ultimecia, Quistis was allowed her Instructor License back and has been an Instructor and Seed Captain ever since.

Weapon: Red Scorpion. A whip made of rare items, which does large amounts of damage and is also very flexible and tough.

Limit Break: Blue Magic. Quistis has the option to use several different kinds of magic to damage her opponents. Her strongest attack is the Shockwave Pulsar.

Name: Selphie Tilmitt

Profession: Seed Explosives Expert/ part-time Instructor at Garden.

Personality: She is a sweet person, who is generally very docile and thoughtful, though, at times, she can be very surprising and have random outbursts. An example of this, would be during her first Seed mission where the Forest Owls member, Zone began to explain the attack strategy, when Selphie suddenly interjected and said: 'BLOW THEM ALL TO SMITHEREENS!!!'

History: She first met Squall at Garden after transferring from Trabia Garden. He showed her around Garden. She was instructed by a Seed Captain to deliver a message to all of Squads, during the Seed field exam. There, she met up with Squall and they escaped from the Communication Tower, along with Zell and Seifer. Selphie and Zell made up the first Seed team that Squall ever commanded, and they assisted him in trying to help the Forest Owls obtain their freedom. Selphie, upon learning of the missiles heading towards Trabia and Balamb was chosen to lead a mission to the Missile Base in Galbadia and try to sabotage the firing equipment. Though they were seemingly successful, Trabia Garden was blown up and Balamb was a near miss. These days, Selphie is an Explosives Expert for Seed and also is an Instructor.

Weapon: Selphie wields a set of Nunchaku.

Limit Break: Slot. Selphie can use any magic from this attack, when she is badly hurt. She simply casts a spell and a randomised set of three different kinds of magic is used. (This applies to all kinds of magic, even Forbidden Magic)

Selphie was running around, trying to keep all of the children calm. Even though she was involved in the toughest of situations, she didn't really know what to do with young kids. There was a huge shaking in the building which made the children wail and scream in terror.

"Everyone please stay clam! Help will come."

She turned to Seifer. "Is everyone here? Is there anyone missing?"

(Squall stared the upcoming Garden in the face, as it inched closer and closer to Balamb Garden. He was standing at the Bridge looking with much anticipation.)

'Nida! Crash into their Garden... I want to use the same tactics we used, back when it was us fighting Seifer.'

Nida saluted and grabbed the steering controls. 'Yes, sir.'

*They swerved, as Nida tilted the controls and banged into Galbadia Garden, sending a large, explosive shock, reverberating through the metal and building material*

(Squall nodded to Irvine and Quistis and they left the Bridge and filed along the corridor, back to the elevator. Squall pressed the button and doors shot open instantly, with a loud clang. They boarded it and punched in the first floor code and went down. When they reached the first floor, they scuttled down to the directory and turned right, heading around the side of the elevator complex and ran towards the corridor leading to the festival stadium and they ran down the the stairs, which had been thrust into the loading dock area of Galbadia Garden)
