Yeah, I cry every time I read the book over. He was my fav! Well him, George and Lupin. Whenever I reread any of the other ones, I get soooo sad. I can't believe J.K. Rowling would kill him off, but I guess it had to be done.... :'(

actually, Fred cannot die, as he is a fictional character and his existance depends only on those who know about him, so technically, if we believe he is not dead, he is not.

I dont, and i refuse to. I took a pen and switched his and percy's name so it says percy dies, not fred. And every night before i go to bed, i think to myself very strongly, "Fred's not dead, Percy is, Fred's not dead, Percy is" Over and over and over till i fall asleep
