Cherry-Berry smoothie:
1cup Frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Frozen pitted cherries
1 Frozen banana
1 TB spoon ground flaxseed
1 TB spoon mandorla butter
combined all ingredients in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of water. if the consistency is to thick add più water.

simple strawberries:
1 to 1 1/2 cups Frozen strawberries
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup Frozen blackberry
2 fresh kiwi
1/2 cup Frozen mango
just add water (as thick o thin as te prefer) blend and enjoy.
homemade "healthy" ice cream:
4 Frozen bananas broken into chunks before freezing
2 TB spoons mandorla butter
1 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
blend banana's and mandorla burro until smooth and creamy. add strawberries and vanilla and blend. put in container and freeze for 30 min for a soft texture o 1-2 hrs for a firmer texture.
