HOW DO te MAKE A CHARACTER?!!!!!??

First, te decide whether te want to base the character off yourself o not. If so, go over all your characteristics, and how to best portray them in your character. te can add things which don't represent you, but don't go over the top, o people won't know it's based off you. te decide which outfit te wear most regularly, and decide if that would fit your character. If te don't want to base it off yourself, then try something te like doing, like if te like baking your character could be a baker. Just some suggestions, but I hope it helps! :P
