It seems to me that she's not. And I think it's because she refuses. A couple years fa Daneel, Hilaire, and Sophia posed for a maxim cover and some people found it weird that Bethany wasn't on there. But the girls were half naked. And I read in some interview that Bethany detto she refused, because she's married and she visualizzazioni her body as her husbands property. And, of course I can't find the interview to back that up, but I'm still looking for it.
But I find it very noble of her to pass up a shot at a Maxim cover. So I think maybe that's why she's in the least semi-naked shots. Because I'm pretty sure she is. We've seen Quinn in a bathing suit plenty of times, Peyton with only a bra on in S2, Brooke in a bikini SO many times, and Rachel without a camicia on a couple of times, but I honestly can barely think of one time we've seen Haley in that little of clothing.
