Why do te like HP più than Twilight?

I guess because there was più to it and it was più complex.

Twilight for me was to one dimensional and I got bored with it because I could pretty much predict the ending even though i will admit at times it would suprise me

The charactes in twilight were boring and one dimensional as well the only one i really liked was jasper because he was a bit più complex then the others. Characters like Bella who was so male dependent she grew annoying to me, o Edward who was so dominant and angsty he also grew annoying are the ones that bothered me.

There were no lessons that i gained from twilight and when i read a book i hope to come out with a message o a lesson learned. I learned nothing because Bella was possibly the worst female protagonist i have ever seen she was weak, male dependent, needy, whiny, and just boring.

For me Harry potter was just più endearing because it was più complex, the characters had più dimensions like Snape, o Dumbledore, and it had very good lessons to teach to kids

-because harry isn't a mary sue.
-nobody sparkled.
-it had a plot.
-the villains were actually evil.
-the female characters actually did something besides standing there and looking pretty.
-no purple prose.
-jk rowling actually did research before writing.
-nobody stalks their girlfriend.
-harry isn't an abusive jerkass.
-there are no pedophiles in HP.
-bellatrix can kick bella's ass.
-harry can kill edward with a single 'avada kedevra'
-it had character development.
-the Film are better
-the cast of HP didn't have to take off their shirts to make people watch the movie.
-emma watson can act, unlike kristen stewart
-edward is really just a fairy.

I've always been intrigued da Vampiri#From Dracula to Buffy... and all creatures of the night in between. più than wizards. Magic was never really my thing.

And I am a complete hopeless romantic. Twilight ticked all the boxes for me, and not to mention, Bella was approximately my age.

twilight was full of boring characters. nothing new happened. i read so that i can be taken on a journey to completely different world.
all twilight did was take a completely normally insignificant teenage situation and add Vampiri#From Dracula to Buffy... and all creatures of the night in between. (and werewolves) there was no other world and the main conflict was the ever impending (did i use that right?) Amore triangle. any other conflict was brought upon the characters though melodrama and poor judgement. actually, every conflict that was directly involved with the Amore triangolo had something to do with edward and bella's "forbidden love" c'mon. there werent even any stakes. there would be no impact on anyone else if the world of twilight imploded. in harry potter they were fighting a secret battle that would determine the fate for every human on earth. and then people act surprised when she chose edward. but thats not the point.
harry potter was like lord of the rings in the sense that te had all these different characters, and creatures and this whole other world and an actual evil bad guy and people were sacrificing their lives for the hope that others would be free. except harry potter coincided with the real world in a way that made my child cappuccio awesome.

which is cooler?

A: lookng back on your childhood remembering tapping brick walls in the hopes of entering dragon alley, and waiting for your acceptance letter, pretending to fly on brooms.

or

B: looking back on your angsty teenage years where te did nothing except sat around hoping that some random guy would take an interest in you. that is actually no different than a regular over angsty teenage wish. Except now there is a book series and a movie franchise encouraging it.

HP encouraged bravery, action, love, doing the right thing, etc. twilight.... nope. it all had to do with the Amore triangolo and how the main three kept screwing eachother over. only to turn around and to it again.

and for the romantics. youre telling me that not being able to be with someone because te had to fight in a war isnt romantic? hello!!! it was original! it had everything. harry potter WAS romantic. but unlike many teen romance novels it decided it wanted a plotline as well

hp was più intense più action filled. i could say più about how much hp rocks. but I'm running out of significant plot points for twilight.

It;s got the stuff I like! the humor the friendship(the thing i admire the most) and everything. U know it's got like the ....... it's unexpressed.

When I read books, I like them to have a huge mix of genres and plot-lines and I like the mixed genres of Harry Potter più than I do the genres of Twilight. The genres in Twilight are Romance, Young Adult Fiction and Vampire Fantasy. The genres in Harry Potter are Young Adult Fiction, Fantasy, Mystery, Thriller, Bildungsroman, Magical Realism and Adventure. So, I find the complex mix of genres in Harry Potter più enjoyable to read.

I also like the main and supporting characters in Harry Potter più than the mains and supporters in Twilight. I personally find their characters much più relatable than the characters in Twilight.

1. CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
In Twilight, te see Bella Swan, a plain teen girl who is obsessed with Edward Cullen, the local stalker. In Breaking Dawn, te see Bella Cullen, a plain teen vampire who is obsessed with the local stalker, Edward Cullen. Bella is practically the same in every book. Same with Eddy. In Harry Potter te see Harry, a young boy who just found out he's a wizard. In the Deathly Hallows, te see Harry, a teenage boy who is destined to defeat the Dark Lord.
2 PERFECTION
Bella is perfect. Meyer tries to hide this da saying she's clumsy and "plain" but, tell me, why does everyone at school fall for a plain, clumsy girl? Hermione, Ron, and Harry are far from perfect (though I have to admit Harry is a bit of a Gary-Stu, but not as much as Edward) Every 3 pages Meyer has to describe how pretty Edward is.
3. WRITING
Twilight uses too many "big words". Seriously though, I don't think many kids can read Twilight without looking up at least ONE word in the dictionary. Thesaurus Rape. Harry Potter uses "big words" too, but not as often as Twilight does.
4. FANS
Honestly, I can't blame Twilight for this one. They have a HUGE fanbase of screaming teens just begging to touch Taylor Lautner o Robert Pattinson. And they are taking over the Hunger Games. D: Remember "Team Edward" and "Team Jacob"? Well, now there's "Team Peeta" and "Team Gale". Just no. I have to say though, I've also seen some pretty crazy HP fan too.
5. Amore triangolo
Forced Amore Triangle. Jacob is Friends with Bella, but not extremely close. Edward comes. Suddenly, Jacob now loves Bella too (oh noes!) even though Bella specifically tells him that it will ALWAYS be Edward. Then Jacob gets suuuuuuuuper pissed, Bella and Eddy have a baby, and Jacob "imprints" on it. Just gross.
I could write more, but I'm really lazy.

For me, I prefer più magical, adventurous novels. Harry Potter has magic, adventure, romance, and it's really long! Harry Potter pretty much sums up everything that I want to be. Twilight I like, but just not as much.
