Harry Potter Domanda

Anyone kind of annoyed with how Ron is treated?

I Amore Ron. He is my secondo preferito character (right behind the win that is Neville Longbottom and tied with Ginny).
I like Ron because while he tends to be your stereotypical sidekick (i.e. - less than stellar grades, eats a lot, failures tend to be the comic relief, etc) he goes against it at the same time, and I think is one of the più complex characters, even if he tends to be a bit simple-minded.

I find that Ron tends to get put down in fanfiction, forums, and even once da an actor o producer (although I don't remember who it was).

It's like, I get it, he left, but te heard him, he tried to come back the moment he was gone. Being a sidekick, he has always been weaker, so it would make sense that the locket would hurt him the most. It all seemed to be the locket because - again - the moment he left, he tried to return.

Maybe I'm just being overprotective fangirl, but I wish people would be a bit nicer.

Rupert and Daniel are very good actors and have come so far in there careers. I think they both do wonderfully and dont need to be picked at. The way they both have chemistry with Emma and Bonnie is precious in my opinion. Others may be cynical about it. But not me.

I'd have to say that it really bugs me, too. Ron is amazing! The way that JK Rowling portrays him is as the stereotypical sidekick, but also as [you're right] someone deeper than that. I prefer to see him and Harry as yin and yang. He is the comedic relief to Harry's darker, più serious side, and he also keeps Harry on track [remember the DH scene when Harry is trying to leave the Burrow, saying that he's tired of people dying for him?] Ron is a true Gryffindor, super-brave, and an all around great character. So yeah, people should be a LOT nicer-- I greatly dislike how Ron is treated.
