He is a teen cuore throb with a highly devoted fanbase who hangs on his every word.
He in fact is NOT a great actor, yes he is cute and charming but if te have seen him in più then one mostra (Dawson's Creek, Dark Angel, Smallville, SPN) te will realize he plays the exact SAME CHARACTER on every mostra he's ever been apart of. That is not a quality of great actor, and until he starts mostrare some range outside of his comfort zone I will not change this opinion.
Now I Amore watching Supernatural, I think its great fun and Jensen's default stage personality (quirky, charming, emotionally fragile badboy) fits in well with this show's dynamics so he's actually quite likeable. I just refuse to think he is "God's gift to acting" when he's your typical young CW actor.
