What do te think Stacy say if she see House and Cuddy together?

I think it'll be cool to see her reaction! =D

She may be also wondering why House tried so hard to get Cuddy, and why did he let her go easily in season 2. And i'm pretty sure that she would be amused that House is off of Vicodin and is able to feel again.

wouldn't it be pretty interesting if Stacy suddenly shows up in one the epi in Season 7? Not to ruin everything obviiously, but just to mostra the dynamics around the circumstances..I found it pretty intriguing actually.. ;)
