@Alex About Robert and his wife and sister-in-law... were they really that stupid to send someone like Mindy? o was it actually an extremely clever thing to do...?

Hugh walked happily back to Mindy as he knew their data would end in a few minutes. ‘We got the free drinks!’, Mindy detto excited as she was gulping down a very expensive wine. Hugh smiled polite as he also took a sip of his drink. ‘So… ehm… I heard te work in a museum...’, Hugh detto in his American accent. He didn’t want to look like he was waiting for a phone call so he pretended to start a conversation. ‘Yes, that’s true! For 2 days a week I work as a guide at the fashion museum! We have this exhibit now about all kinds of rosa clothes, te really should come da some time.’ Hugh had to keep himself from making an insulting comment. Mindy worked at a fashion museum, a fashion museum. The woman was wearing clothes no one in their good mind would ever wear to a first date, especially woman who worked at fashion museums. He had no idea why those people hired her, but he couldn’t picture her being hired da any other museum either...

‘You know, I also work as a personal shopper, mostly as my own, but if te want I can go shopping for te some time! I think that would be a great idea considering te probably don’t have the time…’, Mindy detto smiling. Hugh was just about to commento when his phone rang, he smirked inwardly. ‘O, I’m sorry that’s my phone. Do te mind if I take it?’, Hugh asked as he answered the phone before Mindy had a chance to answer. ‘Hello?’ ‘Hey, it’s me! I got away from Justin.’ ‘O hi Leese!’ ‘Surprise surprise!’, Lisa detto and laughed as Hugh turned his expression from happy to serious. ‘Leese, is something wrong?’ ‘Yes Hugh, no one opened the door for me so now I had to do it myself and broke a nail!’, Lisa detto in a high girly voice while faking some sobs. Hugh had to keep himself from laughing, damn that woman for being so funny. ‘O my god, is everyone okay?’ Hugh saw Mindy looking concerned at him. ‘Didn’t te just hear? One of my nails broke and two other ones have cracks in their polish, te need to come and save me!’, Lisa detto in a valley girl voice. ‘O god… I’m coming over right now… Don’t worry… I’ll be right there.’ ‘Okay, so 15 minuti right?’ ‘I’ll be with te in 10 minutes.’ ‘Ooh! That’s soon!’ ‘Bye.’ Hugh shut his phone and pretended to be confused and put his head in his hands as he rubbed his face. ‘Is something wrong?’, Mindy asked. ‘Yes, a few of my Friends got into a car accident and have all kinds of broken body parts. I’m sorry, but I have to leave right now. I’ll ask Mr. Hamley to get te a cab so te can get home.’, Hugh detto as he left his sede, sedile and walked over to the bar. Mindy just stared after him as he quickly made his way out of the restaurant…

‘My Hero!’, Lisa detto in her valley girl voice as Hugh arrived at Renizilla. Hugh laughed as he motioned her to get into his car. ‘I’m sorry your data sucked.’, Lisa detto as they drove away. ‘I’m sorry your data sucked too… Was Justin really that bad?’ ‘Yeah he was, but I don’t want to talk about him anymore right now.’ Hugh nodded, he didn’t really want to talk about Mindy either. ‘So what do te want to do?’ ‘Well I guess te haven’t eaten either?’, Lisa asked. ‘Only had two sips of wine… Do te want to go to some other restaurant and have dinner?’ ‘I’ve kind off had it with restaurants tonight, how about we just order Italian and stuff ourselves in front of the TV?’ ‘You mean like a regular Thursday?’, Hugh detto and smiled. ‘Yeah, but I think we can use some più of that Gelato tonight.’ ‘Sounds like a plan to me. So your place o mine?’ ‘Mine, it’s closer to the Italian place we order from so our Cibo will still be hot when we get it.’, Lisa detto as they exchanged a smile…

‘You want some wine?’, Lisa asked from the cucina as Hugh was ordering their usual menu on the phone. He didn’t answer but she walked into the living room with two glasses and a bottle of wine anyway. ‘So twenty minuti until…Okay, I’ll see te then.’, Hugh detto putting the phone down. ‘Food is coming in twenty minutes. ciao te brought wine.’ He sat down on her divano as she plopped down successivo to him. ‘Yes, want some?’, she smiled. ‘Sure, where did te get this da the way?’, he asked as he knew she normally didn’t have any wine at home as she didn’t drink. ‘Early Natale gift from my neighbors, they left a week fa to go to Europa for 2 months.’ Hugh smiled as he helped Lisa poor the wine. ‘To ehm…’, Lisa detto as she wanted to toast. ‘To us, who are happy to have had a terrible data because otherwise we wouldn’t get to spend the evening with our best friend…’, Hugh detto as Lisa blushed.

Twenty minuti later the doorbell rang and Hugh went to get their Cibo and paid for it. He put the bag down on the small tavolo in front of the divano as Lisa had gotten them some plates. ‘Here te go female vegetable vegetarian stuff for te and manly meat lasagna for me.’ Lisa laughed as she put the Cibo on her plate. ‘If it’s female vegetable vegetarian stuff than why are te always stealing my Cibo when we’re eating Italian?’ ‘That’s easy, it’s because I’m twice as big as you, but te have the same amount of Cibo in your boxes as I have in mine… so I figured I should eat some of your stuff, besides te never empty your boxes anyway.’ ‘That’s because te never let me.’, Lisa teased. Hugh smiled but as he knew she was right he figured he should chance the subject… ‘So… what movie do te want to watch?’

As they couldn’t decide on a movie because they had already seen most of the Film in Lisa’s collection one Thursday o another and didn’t want to watch them twice, they decided to watch a ‘Friends’ dvd. Hugh wasn’t as much watching TV as he was watching Lisa eat. He had already emptied his boxes but was still a little hungry and was now lusting after her food. Lisa pretended not to see Hugh’s eyes shift from her box to her spoon to her mouth as she actually liked it when he ha rubato, stola her food. Hugh shove a little closer to Lisa with every passing secondo until he was close enough for his plan. When Lisa moved the spoon from the box to her mouth he quickly opened his and attacked her spoon eating her Cibo off of it. ‘Hey!’, Lisa detto in fake anger as she had already see this coming. ‘But I’m hungry.’ ‘Mmm, then te should order più Cibo successivo time.’ ‘But te have enough left for both of us and I don’t want to waist…’ Lisa looked up at him and smiled as she handed him her carton. ‘Really?’, he asked. Lisa nodded, ‘Yeah, I’m almost full anyway.’ ‘But it’s not even half empty… how can te be…?’ ‘Because I’m only half as big as you?’, she smiled and winked. ‘Hmm, well… then let’s do… 1 spoon for Lisa…’, he detto as he started to feed her, ‘then 2 spoons for Hugh.’ ‘That’s 4 spoons.’, Lisa laughed as she saw Hugh eating 4 spoons instead of 2. ‘You sure? Because that means te are getting 2 spoons instead of 1…’, Hugh detto as he fed Lisa a little more…

When all the boxes where empty Lisa wanted to lay down and placed a cuscino in Hugh’s lap so she could rest her head there. Hugh smiled as he was playing with Lisa’s hair while watching ‘Friends’. ‘You know… I was thinking…’, Hugh detto as he stroke his hands through Lisa’s hair once more. ‘Hmm’, Lisa detto and turned so she could look at him. ‘When one o both of us find a good date… te know one we like for più than 20 minutes… then we can’t do this as much anymore…’ ‘I know… But we could probably still have cena every Thursday right? I mean… just dinner…’, Lisa asked. ‘Yeah… probably. te know… sometimes I just wish I were gay.’, Hugh detto as Lisa burst out in laughter. ‘What? Why?’ ‘Because… then it wouldn’t matter if we got someone else, because we would still be allowed to spend time together… I don’t want to have to tell my best friend I can’t see her that much, o watch a movie with her because of my girlfriend…’ Lisa blushed and smiled as she wrapped her arms around Hugh. ‘Me neither.’, she detto and kissed his cheek.

Lisa had almost fallen asleep when Hugh softly shook her. ‘Hey…’ ‘Hmm?’, she asked a little sleepy. ‘I think we should call it a night.’, he detto softly and smiled. ‘Yeah…, what time is it?’, she asked. ‘About 11.30…’ ‘And we forgot to eat ice-cream…’, Lisa pouted. ‘We can do that another time, I think te need some sleep now.’ ‘Yeah, I do… Do te have to get up early tomorrow?’ Hugh nodded as Lisa switched the TV off and went to close the curtains. ‘You staying over?’, she asked as he helped her clean the living room a little. ‘Yeah, I have everything here anyways, no need to get to my place.’ The past two years Hugh and Lisa had spend a lot of days and evenings together as most of their Friends were married and didn’t have time for them and they didn’t want to be alone. But as they spend a lot of evenings together it started to bother them they had to get to their own house, so they started to bring some clothes and toiletries over and before they knew it Hugh had a room in Lisa’s house and Lisa had a room at Hugh’s…

They both walked to their rooms which where opposite of each other. ‘O, before te find out yourself tomorrow morning and yell at me, the doccia in the guest bathroom is broken. I don’t know how it happened but when I cleaned it last week the only thing that came out of it was cold water…’ ‘So…’ ‘You can use my shower, I’ll be awake early anyways.’ ‘Okay…’, Hugh detto as they stopped in front of their doors. He opened his arms and she hugged him as he kissed her cheek. ‘Night Leese.’ ‘Night Hugh.’
