Anyone have a clue if Ranma 1/2's Anime series will ever be finished?(since InuYasha-The final act is out)

The first part did,but came back with great reviews. The reason they stopped making it was because Kitty Tv went broke.

I know that I'm talking about NEW EPS and not the 13 ovas o the 2 Film 'cause I have seen everything and read the whole manga 3 times.

I think they might some day, because I looked on the site, and there's a peition for the anime.
