I'll make a pick right away, I think. This spot is not as active as it used to be, so I don't see the point in making a forum. You will be able to add your options to the pick, of course.
But hey, I mean, if you want I can make a forum instead.

Forum would be for suggestions of banners and icons before they're put a poll. Asking if people actually want to change it is meant to be a poll.

A change'd be fine if we can find new stuff. No reason not to change.

I think it would be best to make a forum first. That way people will have time to make their submissions and everything gets voted on at the same time. It's more fair that way.

EDIT: I also think this pick should last more than one day. I say give it a week, during which time people can add their submissions to the forum. And then make the pick for spot graphics- including an option to keep the current icon/banner.

A forum would make more sense - if you add to a poll, the ones which are added first have the advantage of more time so they normally get more votes, unless the later ones are far better.

Will you post a link to the forum here? I've got a couple of submissions for it. :)
