Have te ever felt that in a way your like kaoru in real life?

because I have a friend like hikaru and when I'm around her I act almost as bad (not like drugs o anything like that, più like hyper and mischievousness :O ) as she does, but I recently noticed that when she's not around I'm actually più calm, collected, accepting and più like the typical me. not the Otaku (forgive me other otakus bueacuse both I and my friend are otaku) hyper me.

is that not odd?
