I’m empty on the inside
Not even a faint heart beat.

Until I found these new friends,
How fortunate that we’d meet.

They aid me as I do them
With memories and good treat.

But soon they would leave me
Alone and not complete.

Were all of these memories
All but hatred and deceit?

I’m lost in all this darkness
Which will now be my defeat.
