In the new Lilo in Stitch series Called Stitch! The Mischievous Alien’s Great Adventure. What happened to Lilo did she leave the Hawaii Island? And why is Yuna there instead of Lilo?

Ok I just barley started the new Lilo in Stitch episode series called Stitch! The Mischievous Alien’s Great Adventure. Why did they take out Lilo and put Yuna in it?. I am just curious about this. Cause for 10 years I grew up with Lilo in Stitch and never have I seen Yuna in Lilo in Stitch episodes and movie and until today when I started episode 1 of Stitch! The Mischievous Alien’s Great Adventure. I like the new Lilo in Stitch episodes that have Yuna in it instead of Lilo. But I think this is kind of weird. But I do like the new Stitch episodes. I am such a die hard Lilo in Stitch fan. Anyways can somebody explain this to me please. Thank te for all your help in Advance. :)
