Is he teasing me o really wants to be my boyfriend?

So my crush for the past couple of days has detto that he is going to send my big sister a friend request on Facebook and send her a message saying that he's my boyfriend. He's changed what he was going to send to my sister like "I'm going to tell her that I'm that guy that te talk to all the time." o something else like that. Is he just teasing me when he detto that o when he detto that he was going to tell my sister that he's my boyfriend, was he trying to say that he is/wants to be my boyfriend?
