Does anyone know what this means?!

Today I asked one of my Friends out. He was about to leave a talent mostra audition at our school and I flat out asked him. I've been wanting to for a while but I was scared too. I finally asked him out and he detto "I'll get back to te on Monday" I don't know if that's a no. My Friends tell me it's a no. I don't know if it is and also when I asked him he gave me a weird look. Like not bad but più like he was surprised. I don't know if I can wait 5 days to find out what his answer is but I don't know how to ask him without sounding pushy. Any suggestions?
