How does he treat his friends, how does he act around other girls, does he buly people? If te think te like him after that, mostra him and don't be afraid to be rejected. Because he might react as a jerk at first, but that's just his defense mechanism kicking in. He's probably a guy that doesn't know how to handle feelings, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't like to be liked o loved. So just stay nice to him, stay friendly, but mostra him that you're not going to take crap from him all the time, without making him think that te are rejecting him entirely. Make it clear that you're not disliking him, but his behaviour. Don't try to change who he is, just gently coach him in the love&feelings department ;) And mostra him that te like it when he acts nice to you. Guys like this aren't the model Amore experts, so even when te have let him know te like him and even when he has shown te the same he might not act as te wished he did. But that doesn't mean he doesn't have the feelings te wish he does, he just outs them differently. Hope this will help!
