MBLAQ\'s Mir apologizes for the sudden news and says he does not think of Lee Joon & Thunder\'s choice in a bad light

After the sudden announcement earlier today that Lee Joon and Thunder have officially decided to leave MBLAQ, Mir took to the group\'s fan cafe to apologize to fans for not breaking the news themselves.

J.Tune Camp, but rather through the law firm representing Lee Joon and Thunder. It seems the law firm\'s press release also caught the rest of the MBLAQ members off guard, judging by Mir\'s post.

He shared through MBLAQ\'s fan cafe on the 16th, "I don\'t know what to start off saying. I am very sorry for letting you hear bad news all of the sudden... While in the midst of thinking about how to share the news with you all, we saw the articles and we were also very flustered. I want to apologize for the fact that this news was not delivered through our own mouths, but from outsiders first. Because it is a choice that they\'ve personally made, I don\'t think of it in a bad light and it has nothing to do with the absurd rumors of discord between us. We have the same heart that we had for the past 6 years since our trainee days. The only difference is our choices... To be honest, I\'m just holding onto my cellphone right now finding it difficult to write. I can\'t think of anything else to write besides that I\'m very sorry and that once everything gets resolved soon, I will greet you with the members."

J.Tune Camp previously revealed that MBLAQ will not be disbanding, and will either continue either as 3 members or possibly add more members.

STAY STRONG! Even though there is three left, they still have  a rapper, and two vocalist ^-^ wish the best luck the MBLAQ

I do think they are strong enough to continue as 3 but they may have a difficult time with choreo for past songs.  If they absolutely have to have new members, I hope they will be from a disbanded group. It would give that unfortunate but talented artist a second chance.  Someone from a big music contest show who made it to top 10 would be a nice idea as well.  They shouldn\'t get trainees.  Too much of an age gap.

As much as i hate this news, the worse thing after this news that jtune camp can do is to add members! :( don\'t make the matters worse jtune. Seungho + G.O + Mir is the best combination there is, just please promote them well. ㅠㅠ

2 years ago I said to my friend that someday LeeJoon will leave Mblaq but my friend said otherwise. I\'m not agry or feel regret with Joon decision. A little bit sad because Mblaq is the first kpop group I like, the only one group that I follow & love to see. About Thunder, like some of the comments, I dont see he\'s strong enough as solo. And JTC should handle this better. I just hope 3 of them will leave JTC & JTC give them the right to use MBLAQ name because to me JTC not do much to promote MBLAQ.

Mir really did express his feelings and thoughts regarding Lee Joon and Thunder, in a positive way looking at it as following their on dreams/different paths in life. I will always support MBLAQ no matter what! A+ Forever (☆^ー^☆)

I really don\'t want new members to be added. MBLAQ has been promoting for years, and to suddenly had a couple new trainees would be weird to me. But at this point, they only have 3 options which are either to add new members, stay as 3 or disband completely. I\'m praying that they won\'t disband -.-

I understand your feelinmgs toward new members I woudl feel the same, but on the other hand I also think if they dont feel confident enough continueing as three we should support the new members no mather what. I mean I am not head ove rheels about the though of new members, but seeing how Karas new member actualyl tries so hard and is rather cute, ( i am not an kamilla) but she seems nice, and if they add a or some new member sthats probably boys who really hard trained for their chances and will have it even worst than us, because they will be haters, and also their remaining members have fans and everything they do wrong will be watches even more critical. So instead of being negativ towards teh thought I decided to think it would be good if they continue as three, but if they take new member sin I will judge them after knowing them better and try to support them because they probably will have it supper hard anyway :3

@bassbambi I think new members are like a hit or miss kind of thing. You will either get a really good new member(s) who fits in or one that just doesn\'t seem right. Plus, MBLAQ has been in the industry for a while. They\'ve stopped being called rookies for a few years now, so addition of new members will be hard for fans to accept. Youngji is adorable and I think she\'s fine lol But imagine adding 2 new members in MBLAQ and getting a whole bunch of fans hating on them. It\'s sad.

It\'s ok. The remain tree is strongest vocals and strongest rapper. It\'s ok... LJ and Thunder can acting. so, it\'s ok...

They should just stick with the original three. They have it all, a vocalist, a rapper and an entertainer. Also I hope J.Tune market them this time. Seungho is a multifaceted himself and I hope they cash on it. GO is a brilliant singer and I hope he has many solo projects and Mir be on variety shows. Hope the company now use this opportunity to restart from the scratch with the three and already there is some hype and public sympathy. They need new release asap.

Mir... Mblaq will still remain special in my heart. Regardless, I still support MBLAQ. The ones staying and leaving.
