Princess Stephanie was the female voice in "In The Closet". Michael confirmed this to fan in Gstaad September/October 1993. The song, written da MJ, is about keeping a relationship between innamorati secret. It was originally titled "Mystery Girl", but that was changed. Stephanie's name isn't revealed on the album cover, she's named as "Mystery Girl"!
In 1986, Stéphanie moved to Los Angeles with the intention to enter the American Musica market. After recording "In The Closet" with MJ in 1991, she was very annoyed over that Naomi got to do the video with Michael, and not her. She gave up her Musica career, moved back home, and started a relatonship with her bodyguard in 1992.
