That's just another rumor. Because MJ as a young man still a quite high voice, and was childlike, the tabloids made up a story that "they" (don't remember who) castrated him, because they didn't want him to loose the beautiful voice he had as a kid. The autopsy proved once and for all that the rumor was false. The story about his body hair isn't true. Michael had body and facial hair. Like other dancers, he shaved it off before performances for aesthetic reasons.
This is a lie don't believe every thing te see read o hear from other people and Michael did have chest hair and a beard it's been seen in many pictures
