I'm really embarrassed about this, but I have a super bad habit; I bite my nails. It makes it really hard to paint my nails, because they are so small. Any ideas on how to stop biting my nails?

te can try to use a nude nail color so when te bite your nails you'll have a bad taste in your mouth. maybe that will work.

It's kinda crul, but me and my dad put hot sauce on my nails. Like, R-E-A-L-L-Y hot, hot scauce. But after about a week it worked :)
