personally, i think Kakashi Hatake because he's più experienced. even though sasuke is uchiha... and they both can use mangekyo... and sasuke's mangekyo has più variety of jutsu... well, it depends. If it's 'whose sharingan's stronger'-sasuke. But if it's 'whose got più skill in using it' well that's kakashi.

oh yeah and sasuke's sword is well he claims that the sword he wields is a Sword of Kusanagi that orochimaru uses but, it has none of the specialties as the one Orochimaru wields, such as extension of the blade and the ability to cut through almost anything,
