Reasons why kovu does not look In any way like scar are:

1.He's mane is more brownish
2.he's fur is not as orange as scar's
3.he does not look evil

the only thing tha kovu resembles is ths scar,nothing else.

nuka looks a lot like scar since he's mane is as black as scar's and he is jealous as he's father.

Something about the angle of his face.. Kovu looks like Scar with the green eyes and full mane, though I believe Nuka looks like Scar- just without a thick mane.
