There was a movie in the 80's on Nickelodeon about a brother and sister who sposta successivo to a run down mansion. They see the ghosts of a brother and sister who were killed there years ago. They keep travelling back into teh past and eventually see it was the butler/maid who accidently burned the mansion down killing the kids. The dead kids uncle was a ghost too who helped the kids. In the end the present kids save the kids from the past. Any clue to what the name was? Thanks

I'm not entirely sure. It sounds similar to the plot of an Are te Afraid of the Dark episode from 1993 called "The Tale of the Frozen Ghost." But in that instance, the ghost was a little boy, not a girl. That's all I got.

Also, it may have been a Special Delivery show.

Er, about the original question...it was definitely in the 80s and was as originally described. I was too old for 'Are te Afraid Of The Dark?" :(

This was before Are te Afraid Of The Dark.
I don't remember the titolo either, but I remember a scene where the girl ghost was confiding to the present giorno kid that they were dead, but that her little brother didn't realize it and she didn't want him to know (I thought of this movie when The Others came out). I'm trying to remember it as well, I know it had a british feel to it.

I've been dying to figure out the name of this movie! I know exactly what you're talking about and had nightmares as a kid from the red curtains going up in flames during the fire! I've combed the Internet and can't figure out what the name was. Did te ever figure it out?
