Rihanna (22) is sued da the famous photographer David LaChapelle says Entertainment Weekly. LaChapelle has a case against the pop stella, star instituted because of the unlawful use of his immagini in her new video for the song S & M.


In the indictment reads that ' the video clip is directly derived from and is virtually identical with the work of David LaChapelle. ' It is further argued that there is a total of eight immagini from the work of LaChapelle's are met, each of which ' the composition, feeling, mood, tone, theme, color, props, décor, clothing, exposure, and the total concept having his work. '


Rihanna has not officially responded to the indictment.
