6 Smitties gourmet sourdough soft pretzels or smitties pretzel rolls torn in small pieces (a local York county, PA brand) see link link
soft bread cut up in cubes, 2 cups
1 cup chopped onion
1 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs beaten
1 cup milk or broth or both
Pepper to taste
¼ cup fresh or dried parsley /chop if fresh
no salt needed if using soft pretzels

Saute onion & celery in butter until soft. Mix in pretzels & bread and remaining ingredients.
either stuff turkey or....
