Do te guy's draw the pics of your characters?

sorry to ask two domande in a row but...
so i was browsing through all the different forum and... all the freaking pics were super incredible *-*... i can't even draw a freaking good stick figure let alone these images... if te guy's are drawing these then te guy's are bosses and... i feel so inadequate :(...
are te guy's drawing the pics that te post in your forum character's bios?
