PLEASE HELP ME! I PROMISE PROPS!! What is this song?!

Theres a really pretty song that i really really want! its played in harper's island's pilot "Whap" when they are at the diners all dancing. Its a slow, pretty song sung da a women and its sort of ballad-like. I tried googling the lyrics but they won't bring up anything. some of the song lyrics goes as follows:
"I feel myself falling
Don't know how far
But i know that you'll catch me wherever te are.
I 'm letting te know its hard on me
I'm landing..." then i cant figure out anymore but i'm POSITIVE those are right! please help me!

I think it must be juts some Musica written for the show, becasue I tried to find it with Shazam (an iphone app that finds the name of artists and songs da listening to them), and it didnt know. It has always worked in the past.

I also tried to find it with Google and itunes, and found pretty much nothing, but some other people with the same domanda and no answer.
