i need help

Well don't te have some kind of cream for muscles pain relief at home? te know the best thing? Well, I dunno if te have that at home but it's some kind of patch, like square bandage that te can put on each shoulder (it has some cream on it actually) and it's gonna make te feel your shoulders are burning (but it feels very good) and then after a some time it will start being cold... It's very good and usefull but I think you'd have to buy this at some drug store...
