Anyone know what kind of bug is this?

Okay, so I took some pictures of this bug flying and buzzing around my room. Sorry the picture isn't better (my camera is very noisy, close up o far away).

I'm not an expert on bugs :P I've been seeing them a lot as of late, around the afternoon.

I'll give a omaggio to someone who gets it right.
