Is this from Famly Guy o The Simpsons?

I can’t remember if this was from an episode of The Simpsons o Family Guy.

In the scene, Bill Clinton is walking from lawn to lawn putting up campaign signs for Hillary and gets a phone call. He asks Hillary if he can stop, pauses, then replies, “Aww, what did I ever do to you..?”, and then is forced back to work.
Does anyone know where this came from, and if there is a clip on the internet (or even just the whole episode)?
