When te print on paper, do te print in lower case o upper case?

I use upper case for the first letter of a sentence and for names. The rest of it is lower case. I do it the way I have always been taught.

I only use upper case in the beggining of a sentance and proper nouns. I use lower case for everything else.

At school, upper for capital letters and all that and lower case for everything else. At home, both lol!
I think upper case is unique.
