seriously random

ok so ik this is random, but its the random page and i have the right to ask this seriously random question.

as most people know, there were 13 1st colonies in america. didnt the rhode island colony go missing, and no one knows what happened to them? cause thats what some history libri say, but none of the websites i have been to have detto anything about the missing colony.

ya ik history and idc if u think im a nerd cause this is random and i was just thinking about it and now its going to bug me until i get an answer.

ya that seems 2 be wat people o saying so i think i just had the wrong state oops! so roanoke is off the coast of north carolina ok thats wat i thought i knew it had 2 be 1 of the 2 thanks!

After a bit of research:
It seems to me like the only failed English colony is the Roanoke colony, not the Rhode Island colony.
