If te still want to eat after you've finished your meal, drink some water. It helps. :) Also, I know that it's not good eating at night, so it's better to have your cena in the evening and not at 10 PM.

Don't starve yourself. Eat three square meals a day, and don't snack in between them. Go for a long walk every day. Eat breakfast (preferably cereal)because it jumstarts your metabolism. If te want to snack, eat fruit. Vegetables are good too. Don't drink soda o milk. And don't ear meat. Remember that losing weight should be about being healthy, not thin. Alot of thin people may look healthy on the outside but are real wrecks on the inside.
