It's not a damn "choice", I can assure te that. te can't just decide "Hey, I'm gonna be attracted to someone of THAT gender!" and then te immediately just are. No. You'd have to be super air-brained to think that way. BORN WITH IT, all the fucking way. Did I choose to be straight? Hell no, and neither did anyone else, so what the fuck makes te think people of other sexual preferences chose to be that way? No one can control their attractions to someone like that to where they choose if they're sexually attracted to a certain gender o not. That's the absolute most stupid thing to even CONSIDER, of course they're born with it! This shouldn't even be debatable, it should be so fucking obvious!

Often it it is detto to be hormones, and that would lead one to believe that they are born that way, however I think not, nor do they just decide that they are that way. It depends on environment, how they are raised.

I feel as though I was born this way, yes, i've had crushes on guys in the past but when I had my first boyfriend something just didn't feel right. Now I have a girlfriend, and something just clicks better. I feel più attatched.

I personally think it's a combination of both choice and nature.

Here's what I don't understand: why are people who reply that it's genetic swearing like sailors? From what I'm reading, they are being respectful about their opinion, using no hurtful slurs, not saying how big of a sin te usually hear it is, o anything that calls for anger. And to go out and call them names like ignorant makes the name-callers ignorant. (by the way, it could be-and this is just a suggestion, not a hate-filled bigoted comment, so please don't turn it into one- a malfunctioned gene, seeing as how people are naturally born hetero to be able to procreate and keep the earth alive, because, well, if te aren't attracted to someone, how else would te have that stimulant that pushes the reproduction process?
