1. Take a good look at your life to figure out why te are bored. 2. Try to look at things in a new way. "Find the fun" in everything te do. 3. Try new things. Shake up your routine. 4. Make a lista of things te want to accomplish in life. 5. Resist the urge to make rash decisions o develop unhealthy habits because you're bored. 6. Try to appreciate your life. Remember that being bored is hardly the worst problem te could have. Get off the couch. If the TV doesn't pique your interest, try taking the dog for a walk, visiting a park, planting a garden, stella, star gazing, o going to the biblioteca to fight boredom. All of these things can help te learn something new and get the blood flowing for a heightened mood. Go to your hobbies. te can always read books, do puzzles, o cook. These can help fight boredom and bring a smile to your face. If te are a fan of all of these things but get bored with the same ones, try making your own. Write a story o poem,make your own crossword o jigsaw puzzle, o create a cook book for Friends and family. Do a little dance. Turn some Musica on and sposta around. Dancing can help get your mind working on a new way to fight boredom. If dancing isn't your thing, turn the Musica on and really listen to it. Try a new band o a new style of music.
