What do te do when te want to understand something thats not understandable but te really need to understand it?

So I'm Leggere this book and this girl is talking: "nothing may have been today! Isn't there I got from Utsumi the other day, I protect it and there is appearing? There was it and took it today! though te should appear back with a school. Call it expressively on an absent day. Become, and is a feeling. I am this, yes."
...WTF... Seriously! WTF is she saying?! Do te know??

This passage isn't too difficult to understand. I don't know what's going on, because it's out of context, but it looks like someone had something at school, but Lost it, and it reappeared while the person was absent.
The words are just out of order. Try switching the subjects and verbs around.

Some translator has done an extremely poor job. Are te Leggere this online, o is it a physical book? I hope the whole book isn't like that.

Yeah see the story is: the guy gave her a good luck charm for her test and she borrowed his sweater. And trust me, this doesn't make sense
