NEED.... HELP..... NOWW!!!! PLEASE ANSWER!!

HI! I am working on a club (Linkin Park Songs) and um I know how to carica the icon, but i'm sorta having trouble with the banner. Like i want it to be a banner of Linkin Park, but I want it to blend in together like the banner on this club. I just have absolutely NO idea HOW to do that! If any of te know can te PLEASE tell me?
