my definition of ghetto is black people that try to act a certain way to be accepted in their community. like, for example, lots of black people are in gangs. that is to get accepted.

o being ghetto could be ignorant people that talk like they aint got no sense.

People of any race, that are very uneducated. People who hang out with the wrong crowd. Those who are in gangs and such. That's who i consider ghetto. and I'm black and this doesn't offend me. so yeah biyas
