What does it mean to be spoiled, exactly?

Am i spoiled if people keep buying me things? My stepdad wants me to be happy so he keeps getting me stuff that i like, even when i never actually ask for them. I don't demand anything o throw tantrums when i don't get what i want. I don't want anything, i'm perfectly content with what i have.
Do i still count as spoiled? Are the people that call me that right?

Yeah. There's a difference between being a spoiled brat and being just plain spoiled.

Your not spoiled in my opinion.

Being spoiled means that te just have to get everything te want,no matter what the reason. Throwing tantrums when te don't get what te like.Begging like your about to die for things that te don't really need.

^Well that's my definition of it anyways.
